Mixing window blinds and other styles and types of window treatments will allow you to be more versatile in your window decor ideas. To have necessary privacy along with light exclusion you would have a blind in a thick fabric along with curtains just for decoration if you want. Why not combined at floaty voile full-length curtain and a thick textured blind or maybe a splash of some more curious fabric only allowing it for dress curtains only. By draping a scarf or maybe a decorative shawl on some swag holders will soften the blinds lines. These ideas are more economical than the conventional drapery window coverings.
Blind Technique fully supports the ’Make it Safe’ campaign and will always point out the dangers to all customers. At risk also are those thousands of people who already have blinds installed before the campaign started and may not be aware of the danger. Many of the safety devices can be retrofitted and we will be happy to advise you on the various options available. More information and a downloadable brochure can be found on our website.
